New faces welcome on singer’s nights, which are most weeks apart from our occasional guest nights (see program).
We are going to experiment with “spotlights”, where a performer is offered a 20 minute slot on a singers’ night to do an extended set. That spot will be advertised in the weekly email.

A space for the arts, education and therapy has finally blossomed in Oswestry.
I can assure you there is no other like it. You step in from the outside world and into another dimension.
So what is it?
It’s an old welsh chapel designed by the Revd. Thomas Thomas and built in 1862-63. In style it has a classical, three bay Tuscan pilastered facade under overall pediment.
Due to lack if use it was auctioned and sold to it’s new owner Duncan Kerr in 2011 with the intention of running it as an arts centre.
I will be looking at running art exhibitions, gigs, comedy nights, workshops, 1-1 education, groups, talks, seminars and much much more! (Thank god i’m not trying to write this in Twitter)
My main interest is providing this to the community and sustaining a vibrant arts scene for all ages.
Hermon Chapel Arts Centre is kitted out with lighting, a top of the range P.A, stage, can seat up to 150 (people), facilities to record and film all events, loads of places to hide and a licensed bar!
Any one who would like to come and have a look, attend events, hire, start workshops, you name it!
